Action, reflection, transformation (The a.r.t. of Fulfilment) 2017-08-13T15:19:49+00:00

8th – 11th September with Ros Boughtflower & Nat Bolonkin

What makes you who you are?
Is it your upbringing or does society play a part?
Are you fulfilling your true potential?

These are some of the questions that you will investigate on The a.r.t. of Fulfilment.

Through practical exercises you will translate your learning into action that will shift your outlook of yourself and actions in the world.

This course is for anyone seeking positive personal and social change. You will be inspired through group exercises and discussions, along with extensive study and audio material, to challenge your own viewpoint and leave with the tools to solve everyday problems.

What to expect at Level 1 Module 1

Starting from your current perspective, through a process of individual and group inquiry in a supportive atmosphere, you explore profound questions around:

how you actually live in the world
how this can either limit you or help you develop in the long-term
whether you can change
whether you have choices
what makes a happier and more fulfilling life
what living up to your potential might mean

Inspired by the Dalai Lama’s Mind & Life Dialogues, this course aims to delve deeper to bridge the gap between analytical thinking and contemplative understanding to provide a holistic sense of yourself and tap into your potential.

About the Leaders

Ros Boughtflower

Ros’ passion is to help people find meaningful solutions to their challenges and to help them get to a deeper level happiness. Through this people can enjoy what they do as well as lead happier, healthier and fulfilling lives for themselves and others.

She was inspired to help create the Art of Fulfilment programme by the mix of deeper level reflection that the programme offers but also by the possibility for everyday application, through small steps that are manageable for all but that ripple out to make a bigger difference in a challenging world.

She is a long term student of His Holiness the Dalai Lama and is often to be found on retreat. A qualified coach and mentor and a trained teacher of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teaching at the London Centre for Mindfulness, she is also trained in action inquiry. She works across business, not for profit organisations, government, community based organisations and more recently within the NHS and education.

She has a joyful and compassionate approach and draws on a dharma background to offer an accessible and modern secular approach.
