Healing from Within Resources

With Shan Tate

Shan was due to lead Healing from Within from the 6th to 7th June 2020. Unfortunately, we can’t host the course this year due to the COVID-19 outbreak. But the good news is that Shan already agreed to host the course around the same time in 2021. She also very kindly made these recordings as resources to support those who would have attended and give a taste for what is to come next year.

About the Weekend

We’re all searching for happiness but are we looking for it in the right places?

Inner happiness is possible when we change our perspective and appreciate how our past experiences affect our lives today. We can be free from limiting concepts and empowered to live with a more open, honest and joyful mind.

This weekend will explore how to develop our own inner strengths by learning how to embrace our pasts and take control of our future through relying on our inner wisdom. Becoming more comfortable in our own skin enables us to be more comfortable with others.

Topics to be covered:

  • Appreciating our positive qualities

  • Taking steps towards inner happiness

  • Developing emotional resilience

  • Encouraging self-acceptance

  • Getting to know your inner wisdom

Presentations, discussions and meditation techniques will be used as a basis for exploring ideas and understanding how they can improve our daily lives.
