About the Retreat
The ancient practice of Yoga unites body and mind in harmony so humans can fulfil their full potential. This weekend get away will focus on yoga postures with gentle somatic movements to release deeply trapped stresses and traumas which are stored in the mind and deep tissues.
In the peaceful and safe setting of Land of Joy, you can relax and enjoy reflective session of journaling, group chats, solitary walks in nature and meditation. We will focus mainly on exploring body postures, gentle movements and body ailments, assisted by deep breathing techniques. These practices help to understand tension points and habits so that we can better release mental and physical blockages that cause pain and curtail the attainment of our full potential.
