On this page you can find links to many recordings and study/retreat resources which we very much hope will support your daily practice as well as inspire you to try your own personal retreat at home.
We are especially delighted to be able to offer you various audio and video resources to use whilst the current COVID-19 restrictions mean you are unable to visit Land of Joy in person. You can listen to, practice, reflect and meditate on them in your own time to help support your practice or inspire you to do a retreat of your own.
