Universal Weekends

These courses do not use buddhist terminology or philosophical ideas, instead focusing on  non-religious tools which can help develop happiness, kindness, compassion and more in your everyday life. You therefore do not need to be Buddhist or interested in Buddhism to attend.

Please be aware retreats might be cancelled up to two weeks prior to the event due to lack of numbers or other reasons so please keep this in mind when booking transport.

During this weekend you will consider how changing mental and emotional habits and tendencies can transform your lives and fulfil you in a way that does not rely on the volatile and uncertain circumstances of life, but continues to deepen and fulfil you as you draw on your inner strength and unique personal reservoirs of wellbeing.

16 Guidelines for a Happy Life (16G) are workshops and tools based on a set of values that aim to encourage positive qualities in your life. They help you to change how you think, how you act, how you relate to others and how you find meaning.

With various group leaders: 19th – 22nd April Places Available

This is a chance for your family to spend precious time together while developing positive thoughts and attitudes both within your family dynamic and beyond.

The aim of this weekend will be to get in touch with our subtle energy through the basic practice of pranayama breathing exercise & gentle qigong movement.

With Ondy Willson: 8th & 9th September Places Available

During this weekend we shall consider how to train our minds to get the best from our relationships and be able to open our hearts to anyone, regardless of whether we like them or not.
